The tenth edition Corolla gets Famous' lavish lifestyle treatment. Adhering to the campaign's edict, "Live the Dream, for Less Coin," Famous visually depicts opulence, luxury, and a tinge of pretense to brand the new inexpensive sedan. From its decadent website, the high-class feel leaks into two Super Bowl spots and animated billboards.
Famous assembled a team of digital matte painters, designers, animators, and compositors to create different scenes and animation for the elaborate palatial estate that is featured on the site. All the artwork was transferred over to Red Interactive where additional design, animation, and the final application of Famous' visual elements was worked into the site.
For the car spots, Famous created an opening treatment that pays homage to classic prime-time soap operas of the late 70's and 80's, a la "Falcon Crest." The Famous Group was also responsible for the ending treatment that gives a little graphic 'wink' back to the spot. Famous took on the hefty task of lighting, animating and rendering all the Corolla models displayed in the work aforementioned, especially on the animated billboards.
